Kapiti Food Fair

What a weird year 2020 has been! Soooo many events were cancelled this year and Helene wasn't sure if the Kapiti Food Fair would go ahead either. But she charged on organising everything hoping that we would stay at Level 1 so the fair could continue. And sure enough, it's on this Saturday the 5th December. I've been working on the design for the fair since 2014 and have seen it grow and grow. Now they have over 250 stalls, a Tuatara bar and, for the first time this year, are partnering with Coastella to bring some pretty awesome music and entertainment!

The design work has changed a lot over six years. It started off as a flyer, poster and some newspaper ads. Now we create web banners, digital billboards, local billboards, full size billboards for SH1, public transport signage, merchandise, pull-up banners, teardrop flags, directional signage, thank you billboards, site maps and entertainment guides. Even a Instagram frame for everyone to get some cool pics of the day. The fair designs have always been colourful, but this year, we thought it more important to go OTT and spread some joy!
